- Riders agree to indemnify the facility against any claims arising from their participation.
- Riders under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to ride.
- The facility reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who breaches these terms.

Refund Policy
- Booking & Cancellation
- All booking payments are non-refundable.
- Weather Conditions
- Sessions may be canceled due to unsafe weather conditions.
- Canceled sessions can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
- Failure to Attend
- No refunds will be provided for missed sessions without prior notice or a valid reason.
